At Fearless Kustoms, we don’t just bolt bikes together — we build rolling art from the frame up. Whether it’s a fully custom chopper or a resurrected vintage beast, every build that rolls out of our Three Rivers, MI shop follows a process that’s been refined by grit, grease, and gearhead passion.

1. Vision & Consultation

It starts with your story — what you want the bike to feel like, ride like, and represent. We sit down (in person or over the phone) and sketch the idea out. Rake. Frame. Tank. Bars. Pipes. Paint. You bring the dream — we’ll bring it to life.

2. Fabrication & Mockup

Once the plan’s set, we start fabricating. Whether it’s a custom frame, stretched tank, sissy bar, or handmade fenders, this is where metal meets muscle. We mock up the full bike so you can see the stance and flow before final assembly.

3. Engine, Suspension & Wiring

We drop in your motor (stock or performance-built), hook up the suspension, and wire it all in. This is where the bike becomes functional art. Clean routing. Modern reliability. Hidden tech if needed. Nothing sloppy — nothing rushed.

4. Paint, Pinstriping & Finish Work

Your bike gets handed off to our in-house painters for custom work — from metal flake flames to satin black with blood-red striping. We don’t do boring. We do bold.

5. Final Assembly & Dial-In

After paint, we button everything up: controls, brakes, wheels, fluids, final torque. Then we fire it up, break it in, and dial it to run crisp and clean.

6. Delivery (or the First Burnout)

You’ll get a full walkthrough, plus pics and vids along the way. Whether we ship it or hand you the keys at the shop, it’s not done until you smile like a kid on Christmas morning.
